Dr. Coe is internationally recognized as a Canadian thought leader in the area of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). She has advised academia, government and industry on best practices and approaches to improve EDI in STEM, particularly in the Canadian post-secondary education (PSE) sector. 

She is an engaging, knowledgable, and charismatic speaker. She delivers actionable diversity strategies to implement into organizations and everyday life for all audiences. Her talks address various topics including the research that supports the advantages of incorporating EDI as an organizational imperative, development of cultural fluencies, inclusive leadership and managing change.
